Weird vibrations…

So this strange thing happened last night while I was asleep and it’s been sort of bothering me all day. Not in an, Oh my god! I’m gonna die! kind of way, but more in a I can’t figure out what the hell that was kind of way.  So here it is. Some time last night I was awakened by the strange sensation of a buzzing, vibrating… strangeness happening in what felt to be underneath me, but kinda not. It was focused about my shoulders and head. It was so powerful my teeth were clicking together. Not clattering like I was cold, just tic tic tictic as if I were sitting on a massage chair and someone had turned up the juice too high. My first thought (because I was half asleep) was that there was some kind of strange, burrowing bug under me, in my bed or something, because that’s exactly what it felt like — as if something made its way from one side of my brain to the other.

I have a solid foam mattress. I’m 100% sure that there’s no burrowing creature in my bed. Okay, 99.9% sure. 🙂 I checked. I mean, wouldn’t you? ^_^ Besides, it would have to be one hell of a bug to make that kind of impression and wake me from a sound sleep. I mean, I’m a light sleeper, but damn…

Seriously, it’s kind of bugging me (no pun intended). This is like, the second time I’ve been woken up like that. The first being a few months ago. I shrugged the first time off as “okay that’s weird” but now it’s getting… even more weird I guess. I totally don’t want to go to the doctor because I totally don’t want to go through another round of “We don’t know what’s wrong with you.” I am so serious about that. And what am I gonna say to them? My head is vibrating? What kind of symptom is that? It’s difficult enough to find the words here, and I have all kinds of time to try and describe it. I guess I just wanted to get this weirdness out of my mind and tell it to… someone. So you, dear reader, get to listen to me vent about it.
