More Photoshop Shenanigans

Our internet went out last night… well it kept cutting in and out all evening, and that’s no fun.  Luckily for me, I don’t need to be on the internet to play around in Photoshop. So I was going through my latest Skyrim game and came across this screenshot:

It’s not a great screenshot — it’s foggy and kinda blurry.  That happens, what looks beautiful in game sometimes just doesn’t translate when one takes a screenshot.  I’m sure that works with cameras too. Actually, I know it does. Anyway, I looked at this screenshot, and I wondered what I could do with in Photoshop.  I thought it might look good as an oil painting type thing and maybe frame it so it looks like you’re looking through a window or something. So I fiddled around with it for a couple of hours and came up with this:

I really wish that WordPress would let me make my blog bigger because these look awesome when they’re bigger, but I guess they look okay smallish too. I might learn some code just to make my blog size not so tiny. It’s driving me nuts. Anyway, hope you enjoyed my futzing around in Photoshop. I’m a bit tired today — did too much over the weekend and the last couple of day. Today is a relax day.

Great job in lighting it up so one can see details…I think it looks just fine. The themes on here might have another one that is more what you’re looking for….bigger in essence. I never know HOW mine looks from the outside, but it’s the easiest format I found for writing…not a lot of clutter or weird boxes to navigate…? Just a thought on the theme.

I’ve checked out a few themes over the years (as you might know). But I wasn’t doing as much with photos then. I’ll probably look again when I’m not so brain weary. 🙂

I keep my version of Photoshop on the desktop too so I don’t need to depend on WiFi. We’ve had a lot of wind and a lot of WiFi cutouts too. Much more is on the way, but at least today, I notice the trees aren’t swaying

We have a nice red-headed woodpecker eating everything he can fit into his beak at the feeder, too 😀
